Community Planning Consultations
A comprehensive consulting process that focuses the energies of the community on the critical issues at hand and develops innovative, targeted initiatives that optimize the strengths of the community and its organizations and addresses the challenges the community is facing.
A planning methodology is used to get the inputs and ideas of key individuals in the community organization. The initial executive leadership planning session is followed by a structured series of engagements and workshops focused on the key imperatives defined in the community leader planning session. A series of Workshops ranging from one hour to multiple days are custom designed to meet client needs. Follow on individual and group consultations and mentoring are often implemented to support the rollout of the initiatives. The following engagements are samples of ones that have been successfully used by our clients.
