- A custom consulting engagement that defines the critical leadership competencies necessary to drive the success of the business and then trains the senior management team on the model and the rollout plan.
Leadership Training
- The rollout of the leadership development plan for the company.
- Leadership Forum I: A 1 ½ to 2 day leadership development workshop where the attendees are introduced to the competency model, given 360° feedback on their demonstrated competencies, practice the use of the competencies focusing on company business issues, and define a personal development plan.
- Leadership Forum II: A 1 to 1 ½ day workshop held 3 to 4 months after Forum I to get an updated 360° feedback , define an updated development plan, discuss leadership styles and discuss additional business issues.
- IDP Coaching: Consultant coaching to Forum attendees on their personal strategies/activities in executing on their Individual Development Plans.

- Succession planning methodology and tools: A process and set of tools to allow senior management to build a succession planning process for their company.

- Situation support: Executive Consulting on a specific business situation, opportunity or issue.

- Individual development plan rollout: Follow up coaching for attendees to the Leadership Forum Workshops and the Opportunity Management Workshops.
- Coaching for Organizational Development: Coaching the client's executive in the deployment of an Orginizational Development Plan.
